Prepare and submit environmental designs and permits to state and federal agencies for work including bridge and culvert replacement, work in wetlands and outfall structures. Preparation of phased park projects including the overall design as well as NPDES permitting for each phase of construction. Review and preparation of HEC-RAS flood studies for the determination of various storm flood elevations as well as their agreement with the FEMA flood studies.
